Staff Accountant

Location: Davie, FL (On-Site)
Compensation: $60,000–$70,000 USD

We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytically strong Staff Accountant to join a growing organization and play a key role in day-to-day accounting operations. This position sits above a traditional bookkeeping function and below a senior accountant level, offering meaningful exposure to core accounting, inventory, and operational processes.

This is a high-visibility, in-office role with direct interaction with leadership and ownership, ideal for an accountant looking to deepen technical skills while contributing to process improvement in a dynamic environment.

• Own day-to-day accounting activities including Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and reconciliations
• Support month-end close through balance sheet and P&L review, identifying and escalating discrepancies
• Perform financial analysis and root-cause investigation to resolve variances
• Manage and ensure accurate inventory accounting using Fishbowl and Quick Books
• Bring structure and discipline to accounting processes, recommending improvements for efficiency and accuracy
• Support financial reporting and collaborate closely with leadership on accounting matters

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• Minimum 2 years of professional accounting experience
  • Manufacturing, inventory, or distribution experience strongly preferred
• Strong proficiency in Quick Books
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs)
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working independently
• Willing and able to work on-site, Monday through Friday
