Key Accounts Bid Coordinator

Trane Key Accounts is hiring a Key Accounts Bid Coordinator. As a Bid Coordinator, you will be supporting our sales team with some of the largest and most complex customers that Trane services. You will be responsible for coordinating between our sales teams and customers to facilitate our processes and tools that keep our business functioning smoothly. This position includes sales support for both opportunity/Bid Coordination and account level functions, which requires analytical skills, problem solving, attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and outstanding communication.

What you will do:
  • Act as a key contact with customers to provide information on the complete sales cycle from quote through delivery.
  • Contact current and potential customers to coordinate sales.
  • Coordinate requests between Key Accounts and local sales offices within Trane, including our franchisees.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure all records are maintained to respond to customer inquiries in a timely manner and ensure internal process requirements.
  • Manage centralized platform for incoming and outgoing communication.
  • Forward bid opportunities accordingly.
  • Opportunity and record creation in Salesforce.
  • Train Account Teams that are self-sufficient in Salesforce on process.
  • Create and maintain process documentation.
  • Facilitate quoting and order process to ensure timely and error-free delivery.
  • Process streamlining and documentation, team metrics and account level reporting.
What you will bring:
  • Ability to understand customer (internal and external) needs, solve problems, and respond efficiently.
  • Strong organizational, time management, communication and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong knowledge and comfort level with computers;
    Trane systems preferred but not required.
  • HVAC experience preferred but not required.
  • Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Compensation:

Base Pay Range: $47,050 – $62,450
