Project Planning & Scoping:
Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource needs for various projects in the overarching Trane Cloud program

Execution & Delivery Management:
Develop projects to implement strategies related to approaching and engaging potential clients, driving the adoption and commercialization of our Trane Cloud program.

Customer-Facing

Experience:

Leverage your strong leadership skills and customer-facing experience to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and customers.

Business Savvy:
Utilize your high-level business acumen to effectively communicate to customers offerings for Trane Cloud.

Strategic Planning:
Analyze and report on business and commercialization performance, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Drive for Success:
Exhibit a strong desire to succeed, with a proactive and results-oriented attitude.

Collaboration:

Work effectively with other team members to stay informed of projects, work streams, timelines and market readiness.

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or related field.

MBA or advanced degree preferred.

B2B and B2C experience highly desired.

Minimum of 5 years of project management experience; with additional experience in business development and sales is a plus.

Ability to present in a succinct and impactful manner.

Proven track record of successfully evangelizing products and solutions to drive sales.

Revenue-centric mindset.

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Effective and strong presentation skills (developing and delivering).

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Travel: 5-10%

Base Pay Range: $85,
