The Role

As part of our forward‑thinking IT Infrastructure organization, the IT Infrastructure Project Manager will be the guiding force behind major initiatives—ranging from New Site setups and Site Relocations to IPT deployments, Network Refresh programs, and M&A integrations.

This is an opportunity for an intermediate Project Manager who thrives on orchestrating complex projects, aligning teams, and delivering impactful results. You’ll plan, execute, and close projects with precision—balancing strict timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks. With strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills at your core, you’ll keep every moving piece in harmony across multiple projects.

    Confident using Outlook, Teams, One Drive, One Note, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Core Responsibilities Project Planning & Delivery
  • Shape clear project scopes, goals, and success indicators.
  • Craft detailed project plans with milestones, timelines, and resource maps.
  • Ensure tasks flow smoothly across teams to keep projects on track.
Project Monitoring
  • Track progress using structured tools and methodologies.
  • Proactively surface issues and elevate when needed for timely resolution.
Stakeholder & Team Communication
  • Maintain open, consistent communication with stakeholders, partners, and internal teams.
  • Present project updates, insights, and reports that guide informed decision‑making.
Risk & Issue Management
  • Identify risks early and help shape mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor risks throughout the project lifecycle to keep delivery on target.
Documentation & Governance
  • Maintain a full ecosystem of project documentation—meeting notes, plans, status reports, schedules.
  • Ensure all records stay accurate, up‑to‑date, and properly stored.
Qualifications Education
  • Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience
  • 2–5 years in project management or a closely related role.
Professional Skills
  • Strong grounding in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and PM fundamentals.
  • Familiarity with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Trello, or Asana.
  • Excellent communication skills across written and verbal formats.
  • Time management and organizational discipline.
  • Analytical and critical thinking ability for effective problem‑solving.
  • Team‑first attitude with strong interpersonal skills.
  • Keen attention to detail and quality.
  • Openness to learning, adapting, and taking on new challenges.
Preferred Certifications (Bonus Points!)
  • PMP or CAPM
  • Agile or Scrum Certifications
Pay Range And Benefits

Pay Range*: $65.00 - $68 per hour

  • Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
