Our clients are primarily active adults and older adults who value individualized attention, education, and long-term health over quick fixes. Our approach emphasizes corrective exercise, movement quality, barefoot training principles, and holistic wellness.
Who We’re Looking ForWe’re seeking a thoughtful, empathetic, movement-focused trainer who values biomechanics, natural movement, and individualized programming. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with active older adults (40+) and thrives in a collaborative, team-based environment.
Do You Consider Yourself a Holistic Trainer?A holistic trainer in our studio looks at movement quality over the amount of weight lifted, pays close attention to foot mechanics, balance, posture, and symmetry, and programs based on what clients want to do in their lives. You recognize how inflammation, nutrition, stress, sleep, and emotional well-being impact performance and recovery. You help create motivation, build discipline, and coach clients with patience, awareness, and encouragement.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver individualized 1-on-1 training sessions
- Perform movement assessments and corrective exercise programming
- Integrate barefoot training, balance, and postural work
- Educate and coach clients for long-term success
- Collaborate with trainers, massage therapists, and management
- PTA background or coursework preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic, professional, and client-focused
