Part Time - Evening Shift - 3:00 pm to 7:30 pm We offer competitive pay and benefits.

The Pines at Davidson is hiring dietary aides to ensure a high-end dining experience for our residents, who are quick to show their appreciation for your excellent work. Under the leadership of our Dining Services Director and Manager, you will be part of a team that delights our residents with taste and timely delivery of delicious food in a clean and upscale setting.

WHO YOU ARE

Must be a high school graduate or equivalent. Experience with in a health care setting and knowledge of basic nutrition preferred.

Must be able to perform clerical duties and be precise in calculating data. Prepares breakfast, lunch, and dinner trays for delivery to Health Care residents. Assembles all food items on trays according to residents  menu selection. Provides "between meal" nourishments for Health Care residents. Assists in maintaining records of resident menu selections, nourishments, production sheets, and temperature logs.

• Set up the Health Center kitchens/meal service cart and the dining tables in the dining venues for service
• Greets guests as they enter the dining venues
• Assembles meals for each resident based on their requests, preferences, allergies and diet order
• Assemble meal trays for residents dining in their rooms based on their requests, preferences, allergies and diet order
• Properly portion all items for service
• Maintain and clean the dining venues as assigned
• Ensure each guest has an exceptional experience; respond to guest requests and issues as appropriate
• Stock Health Center pantries with snacks, nourishments, and food service supplies
• Completes all documentation, such as, but not limited to, temperature logs, nourishment tracking, floor stock tracking, as assigned
