The OpportunityWe are seeking a proactive, results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to accelerate our expansion across North America.
This is a high-impact role for a hunter who thrives on prospecting, building relationships, closing deals, and representing a brand that delivers real ROI to operators.
You’ll manage the full sales cycle — from outbound prospecting to closing and onboarding — while helping operators add a proven revenue stream to their business.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation:
Prospect and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, Linked In outreach, and networking. - Relationship Building:
Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders. - Full Sales Cycle Management:
Own the process from initial outreach to closing. - Strategic Selling:
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets. - CRM Management:
Track pipeline activity, forecast revenue, and maintain accurate reporting. - Presentations & Demos:
Deliver compelling virtual and in-person presentations. - Trade Conferences & Events:
Represent the brand at industry conferences and trade shows (30–55% travel required).
- 5+ years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or related field
- Food Service Experience Preferred
- Probe track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM systems (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar)
- Associate’s degree or greater in business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Willingness to travel 30%–55%
