Location & Schedule

This position will be located in Minneapolis‑MN, St. Paul‑MN, or Davidson‑NC. The standard schedule is 4 days in‑office, 1 day flexible work location.

    Monday to Thursday, engaging with colleagues.
  • Flexible location day:
    Friday, work from a location that best suits your productivity and personal needs.
Position Overview

We are developing new digital solutions at an unprecedented rate and need a Digital Solutions Commercialization Leader to spearhead their commercialization. The role requires orchestrating multiple channels, partners, and suppliers to bring new solutions to market and grow them quickly, generating significant value for our customers.

What You Will Do
  • Lead commercialization strategy for new and complex digital solutions to achieve rapid market entry and revenue growth.
  • Orchestrate multiple channels, partners, and suppliers to bring new digital products and services to market.
  • Oversee commercialization efforts across all business units and regions.
  • Develop and implement go‑to‑market strategies, including pricing, positioning, and distribution plans.
  • Take ownership of digital revenue targets and work with business units to drive success at scale.
  • Coordinate with product development, marketing, sales, and other functional teams for successful launches and market penetration.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to inform strategies and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, internal teams, external partners, and customers.
  • Craft compelling communications around the value proposition and differentiation of digital solutions.
  • Lead demand planning and forecasting for digital solutions.
  • Use data‑driven insights to optimize strategies and performance metrics.
  • Advocate for the commercialization strategy across the organization, ensuring buy‑in and support.
What You Will Bring
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Master’s degree preferred.
  • 15+ years of overall experience with increasing levels of complexity, including at least 10 years of leadership experience in product commercialization, marketing, sales, or related areas.
  • Proven success in launching and commercializing complex digital products or similar initiatives.
  • Experience turning abstract business needs into multi‑faceted strategies and executing them for optimal results.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to work across functions.
  • Excellent organizational skills and flexibility for time‑sensitive tasks.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to support diverse activities with attention to detail.
  • Solid analytical and communication skills; ability to effectively engage stakeholders.
  • Preferred knowledge of digital product development and commercialization processes.
