• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience
• ASE Certification & NC Inspection License (preferred, but not required)
• Strong problem-solving skills & mechanical expertise
• Customer-focused mindset & team player attitude
• High school diploma or GED
• Valid driver’s license & personal tools

• Diagnose & repair a variety of vehicle systems, including:
• Brakes & hydraulics
• Exhaust systems
• Fuel & ignition systems
• Electrical & computer diagnostics
• Suspension & alignment
• Air conditioning & HVAC
• Clearly explain repairs to service advisors & customers
• Maintain high-quality workmanship & a customer-first mindset
