YOUR ROLE

Are you an organised, hands on warehouse professional looking to take the next step in your logistics career? CEVA Logistics is looking for a proactive

Warehouse Coordinator to support our Daventry operation, ensuring that daily activities run smoothly, efficiently, and to the highest standards of safety and customer service.

In this role, you will play a key part in coordinating the warehouse workflow across inbound, outbound, stock and value added processes. You will be responsible for allocating work, supporting warehouse operatives, maintaining operational performance, and ensuring customer expectations are consistently met and exceeded.

WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?

You will coordinate the day to day warehouse operation, allocating work, keeping inbound, outbound, picking and stock activities running smoothly. Ensuring KPIs are met, You will support and guide operatives on the floor, maintain strong relationships with the client, uphold high Health & Safety standards, resolve issues quickly and keep processes accurate and compliant. You will be the driving force that keeps the Daventry warehouse operating efficiently, safely and customer focused.

WHAT

ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

We are looking for a hands on warehouse professional with experience in fast paced operations, confident in allocating work and guiding small teams. The ideal canddiate will bring strong stock awareness, solid reporting and Microsoft Office skills, and the ability to stay calm, organised, and customer focused under pressure. Reliable, flexible and a natural communicator, you will uphold high Health & Safety standards and keep the operation moving.

Experience with WMS systems or stock control training is a bonus, but the right attitude and operational know how are key.
