MAK Jobs is recruiting Warehouse Operatives on behalf of our client in Daventry.
Available Shifts (Monday To Friday)- 06:00 – 14:30
- 08:00 – 16:00
- 09:00 – 17:30
- 10:00 – 18:30
- 12:00 – 20:30
- Standard hourly rate: £12.21 to £12.71 per hour (varies by shift)
- Overtime hourly rate: £15.23 per hour (varies by shift)
- Accurately pick and pack customer orders
- Label products and prepare shipments for dispatch
- Restock shelves and wrap pallets securely
- Undertake general warehouse duties, including maintaining a clean and organised working environment
- Perform physical tasks, which may involve heavy lifting
- Demonstrated strong attention to detail and a consistent focus on accuracy
- Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment while meeting required deadlines
- Excellent communication skills and a proven ability to collaborate within a team
