CRC are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative for a well‑known family run business based in Daventry. You will be part of a small team to ensure the smooth running of a very busy business.

We are looking for a dedicated warehouse operative to join our client team. To be successful you will need to have previous experience working within a warehouse environment, reliable, punctual, trustworthy and hardworking.

Hours of work: Monday to Friday – 09:00‑17:00

• Ensuring orders are accurately picked, based on quantity and quality requirements.
• Pack products securely for shipping, ensuring they meet quality standards.
• Unloading containers.
• General warehouse duties.
• Labelling orders correctly ready for dispatch.
• Heavy lifting.

• Extremely organised and efficient.
• Good time keeping.

• A self‑driven individual.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good communication skills.
