Due to continued growth and new business opportunities, this is an exciting time to join our operation  are looking for a Key Operative where you will play a vital role in supporting the day-to-day running of the operation. You will assist with planning, organising, implementing, and managing team activity, while ensuring operational targets and customer service levels are consistently met.

This is a Monday to Friday role, with flexibility required to meet the operational needs of the business. This role pays £13.27 per hour.

• Follow and support daily operational plans to meet volume and SLA targets
• Ensure orders are picked, loaded, and despatched accurately and on time
• Lead daily team briefings and communicate workload and priorities
• Keep your area organised, safe, and productive
• Monitor performance and implement corrective actions when needed
• Motivate, coach, and support the team, managing productivity, timekeeping, and absence
• Step up to Team Leader in their absence, with support from Shift Management

• Experience in a warehouse or operational environment, ideally in a senior operative or step-up role
• Confidence leading people, setting priorities, and driving performance
• Strong organisational and communication skills
• A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to problem-solve under pressure
• Good understanding of health & safety and operational standards
