The Vacancy

We want the right applicant to join Maritime Transport as a Night Rail Traffic Administrator
. This is a full-time permanent position on a 4on/4off shift rota.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Booking trucks in and out, creating rail lists for train arrivals/departures
• Communicating with Reach Stacker drivers on the terminal to ensure a seamless process
• Organisation and direction of traffic around the terminal via radio
• General administrative and customer service duties
• Assisting the team at busy times

Qualifications

• Experience of container terminal operations and planning
• Clear verbal and written communication skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Previous administrative experience
• Valid driving licence
• Happy to work a 4 on 4 off shift pattern
