This is a field-based sales role covering the Midlands and the North of England, focused on managing and developing strong customer relationships, supporting/leading assessments, and growing territory performance.

• Promote and sell Baffin’s product range across your territory
• Minimum 2 years’ sales experience in similar products/sector (medical, disability, rehab, mobility, orthopaedic or comparable). Physiotherapy experience would be an advantage.
• Manage, develop and grow existing accounts, while identifying new opportunities
• Build long-term relationships and create strong communication between customers and the business
• Arrange and support product demonstrations and assessments
• Represent Baffin at exhibitions and industry events (trade shows, conferences, etc.)
• Manage your pipeline, follow-ups and order process
• Work Monday to Friday (occasional flexibility may be required)
