Longlands Care Home is situated in Daventry and offers a happy and safe living environment where residents can enjoy an enhanced quality of life. Our friendly and committed staff provide the highest level of dementia and residential care, supported by great accommodation, facilities and a programme of activities that creates a home‑from‑home atmosphere.
This role is exempt from the Rehabilitation of Offenders Act 1974 and therefore subject to an enhanced DBS certificate. It is also a regulated activity and will be subject to a Children and Adults Barred List check. Offering, 24 hours per week. (Consisting of x2, 12 hours):
Shifts:
7.45am - 8.15pm, with alternate weekends.
Are you a compassionate, reliable individual who is passionate about making a difference in the lives of older people?
- Has a caring and empathetic nature.
- Communicates effectively and respectfully.
- Works well as part of a team and independently.
- Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of residents.
- Has experience in a care setting (preferred but not essential – full training provided).
Is flexible and willing to work shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
Unfortunately, this role does not meet the legal requirements for visa sponsorship under the Skilled Worker route.
