Automotive Trainer

🚗 Have you experience of Automotive engineering and a passion for developing people? Would you like a new challenge working in a friendly team environment, forward thinking, positive company? This role is working with a national Training company, based in Daventry, delivering technical automotive apprenticeship training. Working with small groups of learners, building relationships, and supporting them through the complete journey.

🚩To apply, you must have Automotive engineering experience either within a training/teaching role or in industry with a quality to coach and develop learners. You should be organised with good relationship building skills and be able to work independently.
