Business Administration ApprenticeWe’re on the hunt for our next Business Administration Apprentice, offering a golden opportunity to learn vital skills while providing high quality support to our repairs service. Our new Business Administration Apprentice will be mentored by experienced professionals during this amazing 18‑month opportunity to gain the knowledge and skills that will set you up for a rewarding career in social housing.
Key Points- Conduct admin duties to support the running of the repairs service, including updating and closing down repairs orders
- Work collaboratively with the work‑planners to respond to customer enquiries through our Customer Relationship Management system, investigating repair enquiries, contacting the customer and updating the system with any information
- Support the Assets compliance team by recording, scanning and filing compliance certificates
- Monitor and action defects reported by the compliance officer, raising repairs and scheduling appointments
- Conduct repair post inspections by outbound calls to customers, record outcomes and escalating issues
