Forklift Operator — Day Shift

Location: Davenport, IA

Schedule: Full-Time, Day Shift

Pay: $17/hr

We are seeking a dependable Forklift Operator to join our team in a warehouse environment that specializes in container management and racking systems for large companies. The role involves operating a forklift for the majority of the shift while also performing occasional off‑fork tasks.

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently throughout most of the workday
• Load and unload inbound and outbound trucks
• Read and verify shipping paperwork to ensure correct containers are being sent
• Manage incoming containers and racks that previously housed large company parts
• Support warehouse organization and inventory flow using a racking system
• Step off the forklift as needed for material handling or documentation tasks
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Previous forklift experience required
• Ability to read and follow paperwork and shipping documents
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials when not on the forklift
• Reliability and strong work ethic

• Consistent day shift schedule
• Stable work with established, high-volume clients
• Team‑oriented warehouse environment

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Davenport, IA.

The pay range for this position is $17.00 – $17.00/hr.
