• Substantial residential electrical and sales experience (required):
  Individuals looking to apply to this position must be able to drive sales initiatives, establish and nurture client relationships, promote our products and services, and capitalize on opportunities for future sales that arise during customer interaction.
• Licensed Journeyman Electrician (highly preferred)
• Driver’s License (required):
  Our technicians receive a take-home company vehicle that they will use to transport themselves to and from job sites.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• Exceptional Problem Solving and Critical Thinking Skills:
  Anyone applying to this position must be able to think quickly on their feet and solve any unforeseen problems that present themselves while helping customers.
• Task and Schedule Oriented:
  As veteran technicians, applicants will be expected to take more of a leadership role while dealing with customers, meaning that they will need to be adept at planning around deadlines, seeing tasks through to completion while maintaining high standards, and, most importantly, willing to put in some elbow grease to make sure the job gets done right.
• Organized:
  We need experienced technicians who can manage and plan around multiple projects simultaneously. We need someone who pays extremely close attention to detail and will not be overwhelmed by a position of leadership. This also means we expect applicants to be diligent when cleaning and maintaining job sites, tools, and vehicles.
• Outgoing Personality and Friendly Disposition:
  We pride ourselves on being the highest-rated electrician service in Des Moines, and we need our technicians to do the same. Applicants need to come across as approachable and have exceptional communication skills so that we can continue to ensure customer satisfaction and build long-lasting relationships with our clients.
• Honest and Dependable:
  We pride ourselves on our up-front pricing and satisfaction guarantee, we want our technicians to do the same. We are looking for people who are trustworthy and take pride in their work.
• Willing to Help Others Grow:
  Technicians applying to this position should have a deep understanding of their trade and be willing to use this knowledge to help other, less experienced technicians develop their skills. We aim to help our employees grow in any way we can, and we want experienced technicians that can help us do that.
• Sense of Humor (required):
  We like to crack jokes and want to work with people who like to do that too.
