We're actively seeking a Lincoln‑Certified Service Technician to join our high‑performing team. If you’re experienced in advanced diagnostics, capable of handling detailed repairs, and looking for consistent hours in a productive shop, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities
  • Completing assigned repairs with accuracy, timeliness, and attention to Lincoln’s standards
  • Troubleshooting drivability, electrical, and mechanical issues using factory diagnostic equipment
  • Performing test drives and verifying repair success

    Carrying out warranty repairs according to OEM guidelines
  • Collaborating with service advisors to ensure clear communication with customers
  • Assisting junior team members when needed to support shop efficiency
  • Staying current with Lincoln‑specific repair methods, tools, and updates
Qualifications
  • Current Lincoln certification (required)
  • 3–5+ years of hands‑on automotive repair experience
  • Solid understanding of engine, drivetrain, suspension, electrical, and HVAC systems
  • Experience with factory diagnostic tools (FDRS, IDS, or equivalent)
  • A team‑first mindset and willingness to help mentor others
  • Strong time management and documentation habits
  • A valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Desire to learn and grow with a forward‑thinking service department
