Key Responsibilities- Lead and oversee electrical projects across residential and commercial sectors
- Scope, estimate, and bid jobs with a focus on profitability and risk management
- Implement and champion field service software, digital scheduling, and mobile tracking tools
- Mentor and coach apprentices and journeymen, fostering skill development and accountability
- Participate in leadership conversations and contribute to company growth strategies
- Drive adoption of systems that improve job costing, dispatch efficiency, and CRM workflows
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, safety standards, and company protocols
- Represent the company professionally in client meetings, inspections, and vendor interactions
- Minimum 7‑10 years of electrical experience, with expertise in both residential and commercial work
- Strong estimating and job‑bidding background
- Tech‑savvy mindset: comfortable with digital job tracking, timecards, estimating tools, and CRM platforms
- Proven leadership skills with experience managing and developing teams
- Deep understanding of profitability drivers, scope planning, and change‑order prevention
- Excellent communication, accountability, and client‑facing skills
- High school diploma or GED (minimum education requirement)

Full‑Time, Monday–Friday. Overtime available.
Work LocationHybrid Role servicing residential and commercial projects across the region.
