Job Description:

Create custom signage with hand and power tools independently or with a small team.

• Work with team to create sign products from raw material to finished product using hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment.
• Interior and exterior installation of signs and graphics at customer locations, often from an elevated position (ladder, lift, etc.).
• Vehicle graphic installation.
• Assist with shop inventory.

• Comfortable and knowledgeable of hand and power tools.
• Read and understand basic layouts and dimensioning.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs infrequently.
• Must be able to work safely at height.
• Prior sign or graphic installation experience preferred (not required).
• Self‑motivated and eager to learn new skills.

• Eager to learn and willingness to grow past current skillsets.
• Reliable transportation.

$18.00 - $21.00 per hour.
