Responsibilities- Provide solutions by visiting customers at their homes or businesses.
- Explain our products and services in depth and recommend the right solutions to customers.
- Demonstrate the value of our innovative security and smart home solutions while delivering a great customer experience by building relationships and exhibiting empathy.

- Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions (top performers earn $150K+).
- Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment.

Sales advisors will receive uncapped commissions plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment. Commissions are paid on a percentage of the products or services sold and eligible for a monthly performance bonus. Based on performance, new sales advisors can expect to earn $95,000, while experienced sales advisors can earn over $150,000.
