ADT Solutions Advisor for businesses is a role that focuses on delivering innovative automation and smart security solutions to commercial customers. You’ll be able to take advantage of our expanding product line and help make businesses smarter and people safer.
Responsibilities- Visit customers at their homes or businesses to provide solutions by demonstrating the value of ADT's security and smart business solutions.
- Demonstrate strong communication and creative skills to explain products and services in depth and recommend the right solutions.
- Build relationships with customers and coworkers in a dynamic, collaborative environment and deliver a great customer experience with empathy.
- Turn curious consumers into loyal customers by understanding customer needs and effectively communicating benefits.
- Develop and expand your professional network and adapt quickly to competitive and customer needs.
- Utilize specialized training and available technology to meet financial goals.
- A self-motivated, tech-savvy individual who is driven to succeed and enjoys meaningful interactions.
- Strong business insight and knowledge of key small business industries, technology trends, and common business challenges.

- Unlimited earning potential with uncapped commissions; top performers earn $150K+.
- Training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks of employment.

Sales advisors receive uncapped commissions plus a training wage of up to $4,000 over the first 8 weeks. Commissions are based on a percentage of products or services sold and may be eligible for a monthly performance bonus. New sales advisors can expect to earn about $105,000; experienced advisors can earn over $150,000. Healthcare benefits (medical, dental and vision), a 401(k) plan with company match, tuition reimbursement, mileage reimbursement, disability coverage, life insurance, wellbeing benefits and paid time off are provided.
