Hollister - Key Lead, Northpark

Job Description

The Key Lead is responsible for ensuring all customers receive a quality in‑store experience. Acting as the Floor Supervisor, the Key Lead provides guidance and coaching to Brand Reps and Stock Associates to ensure effective store operations and drive performance on the floor through customer experience and daily sales achievement.

Schedule varies weekly with a minimum of 12–16 hours per week. Availability is required on Saturdays, Sundays, and certain holidays. During peak time frames, hours will increase to support business needs.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. (preferred)
• At least 1 year of retail experience (preferred)
• No supervisory/managerial experience required
