This full-time, on-site Assistant Manager role is based in Davenport, IA. The Assistant Manager will support store operations by leading the team and coordinating daily activities to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include staff supervision, training, and motivation to achieve sales goals, maintaining inventory and store presentation, managing schedules, and supporting the Store Manager in all aspects of retail operations. The Assistant Manager will also foster a positive work environment and exemplify excellent customer service for team members to follow.

• Strong leadership, team management, and staff training skills
• Customer service, sales acumen, and the ability to build lasting customer relationships
• Time management, organizational, and multitasking skills
• Financial management skills including handling transactions, understanding sales metrics, and achieving team goals
• Effective communication and conflict resolution abilities
• Experience in retail or a related field is a plus
• Passion for providing a superior customer experience and building a supportive team culture
• High school diploma or equivalent required; further education is a strong advantage
