Responsibilities

The Assistant Manager is a multi‑faceted role that merges business strategy, operations, creativity, and people management. It drives sales, oversees daily operations, utilizes creative skills for floorset updates, and leads talent management.

  • Drive customer experience and sales.
  • Oversee store operations, including opening and closing routines, and drive efficiency in all store processes.
  • Lead creative expertise through floorset updates and styling recommendations.
  • Recruit, train, and develop staff.
  • Manage daily stockroom operations, staffing, scheduling, and payroll.
  • Ensure asset protection and effective communication.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or one year of supervisory experience in a customer‑facing role.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to show up in a fast‑paced and challenging environment.
