The Role

Compensation

STARTING RATE: $17.00

HOURLY PAY RANGE: $17.00 – $18.04

What You Will Do
  • Customer Service:
    Engage with customers to provide personalized advice on Skechers products, ensuring each customer walks away with the perfect choice and exceptional service.
  • Retail Sales Goals:
    Actively contribute to store and individual sales goals; develop skills in retail sales and product knowledge.
  • Store Operations:
    Maintain store appearance by organizing displays, restocking shelves, and managing merchandise. This role involves lifting and carrying shoes and boxes (occasional up to 50 pounds) and being on your feet during shifts.
  • Cashier Duties:
    Handle cashier responsibilities and processing payments to ensure a positive final impression.
  • Product Knowledge:
    Stay informed on Skechers latest footwear, apparel, and accessories to improve the customer experience.
  • Team

    Collaboration:

    Work with team members to create an inviting store environment that reflects the Skechers brand.
What We Need From You
  • Eager to deliver top-notch customer service in an entry-level retail role.
  • Driven to meet and exceed retail sales goals.
  • Reliable, detail-oriented, and comfortable with cashier responsibilities.
  • Able to work a flexible schedule with evening and weekend availability.
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a sense of urgency when representing the Skechers brand.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.
  • Experience in retail sales, customer service, or cashier roles is a plus but not essential.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age at time of application.
