Guest centric, true hospitality leader who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with guests and creating memorable dining experiences.

• Select and manage a diverse wine list;
  strong wine knowledge is a plus!
• Create a guest focused, high level of standards dining program.
• Knowledge of food, bar, and wine trends.
• Must be able to think fast, and make the best decision for the guest.
• Coach, train, and develop service staff and supervisors.

• Must have 3+ years of senior management experience in a high-volume, fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Must have a go-getter attitude, lead by example, and positive / upbeat attitude. “Run it like you Own it” persona.
• Must be passionate about food and guest service.
• Strong wine knowledge needed.
• Desire to work on the floor, building relationships with guests.
• Experience with training, hiring, and developing a staff.
• Sommelier certification is a plus!
