Many successful agents come from backgrounds in education, business, finance, insurance, consulting, coaching, or other client-focused roles. No prior real estate experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

As a Real Estate Agent at Ruhl&Ruhl REALTORS, you will build and maintain a personal database of people you know and care about, stay in regular, meaningful contact using a relationship-based system focused on adding value, meet with clients to understand goals, timelines, and priorities, educate clients on market conditions and available options before decisions are made, guide buyers and sellers through pricing, negotiation, and next steps, and operate your business with structure, discipline, and professionalism.

This role does not rely on cold calling strangers, gimmicks, or high-pressure tactics. Success comes from preparation, follow-through, and consistently working the system.

Great real estate agents are calm, proactive, and prepared. Clients are looking for someone who listens well, communicates clearly, and shows up before problems arise. That is what we train and support.

This is a full-time, professional commitment. We are not seeking part-time or hobbyist agents.

Income and Growth Opportunity

This is a performance-based, entrepreneurial role. Income is directly tied to effort, consistency, and a willingness to follow our systems and processes.

Full-time agents who commit to running their business like a business, actively work on building their business through pre-licensing and early training, and apply our training and systems can expect to earn around $50,000 in their first year.

Income typically grows from there as skills improve, relationships deepen, and referrals compound over time.

Some agents reach higher income more quickly, while others build more gradually. The difference is not talent. It is consistency, preparation, and commitment to the process.

We provide the structure, systems, and support. Results come from showing up, doing the work, and working the process.

Licensing and Work Structure

Real estate licensing is required. If you are not licensed yet, we will help you understand the process and plan your path.

This role is an independent contractor position. You are building your own business with the support, systems, and brand of Ruhl&Ruhl REALTORS.
