** As an RN at Mercy One, you*
* ** will:*
* + Provides and directs safe, effective, and culturally-competent mental health care for children through aging adult patient populations

+ Key accountabilities include: assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidenced-based practice; adherence to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA

+ Active participation in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities

** General Requirements:*
* + No experience required

+ Licensure/Registration:
Registered Nurse in Iowa;
Registered Nurse in Illinois within 1 year

+ Training Preferred:
Certified in Mental Health Nursing;
Baccalaureate in Nursing

+ Special Training:
Basic Life Support
