Overview
Blessing Health System Primary Care looks to add an additional Nurse Practitioner to our Hamilton Warsaw Primary Care Team!
Hours M-F / 8a-5p;
Flexible schedule. Occasional Saturday shifts.

- Board Certification is an expectation of all of our providers.
- FNP Degree required.
- Must be comfortable seeing ages 4 years and up.
- Salary starting $110,000 + years of experience.
- Sign-on Bonus.
- Relocation Assistance.
- Up to $40,000 Educational debt forgiveness loan, if applicable.
- NHSC Approved Site
