The ideal candidate will provide quality healthcare services as part of a dedicated team. Responsibilities will include patient care, conducting assessments, and engaging in collaborative care strategies.

• Deliver high-quality patient care.
• Conduct health assessments and physical examinations.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to formulate care plans.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and standards.

• Compliance with health history documentation including COVID-19 vaccination, Influenza vaccine, and other relevant certifications.
• Validation through Trinity's various professional forms including Criminal Background Check, Education Verification, and Code of Conduct Form.
• Completion of Trinity Skills Checklist and Specialty Specific Competency Testing.
