As a Licensed Practical Nurse you will
- Provide medication and nursing care directed by individual care plans.
- Conduct resident assessments.
- Lead and collaborate with the clinical team.
- Advocate for residents’ needs and safety.
- Unencumbered State of Iowa Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Prior LPN experience preferred; willingness to learn accepted.
- Strong knowledge, skills, and attention to detail.
- Commitment to high‑standard patient care.
