• Provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally‑competent mental health care for children through aging adult patient populations.
• Assess, diagnose, identify outcomes, plan, implement, and evaluate care using critical thinking and evidence‑based practice; adhere to the Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA.
• Actively participate in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.

• No experience required.
• Licensed RN in Iowa or in Illinois within 1 year.
• Preferred training:
  Certified in Mental Health Nursing;
  Baccalaureate in Nursing.
• Special training:
  Basic Life Support.

• Associate’s Degree in Nursing.
