This position acts as the Assistant Manager for multiple customer sites operating 24/7 within a given geographic area in the assigned region.

• Oversee day‑to‑day operations with a focus on safety (observations & coaching) and customer service.
• Monitor performance metrics, develop process improvements, and resolve issues that impact service levels.
• Provide guidance and supervision to employees; manage and develop department personnel to meet business needs.
• Ensure employees provide the highest level of service and maintain necessary equipment (maintenance & rentals).
• Hold managers accountable for safety standards and resolve maintenance issues.
• Coordinate logistics activities with internal and external customers.
• Recruit, hire, team‑build, coach, mentor, train new managers/drivers, and retrain seasonal managers/drivers.
• Communicate effectively and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Understand and prevent critical safety issues.
• Use basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, E‑Plan, Geotab).

Strong leadership and management skills are required.
