Enterprise Solution Architect

Akkodis is seeking an Enterprise Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in Davenport, IA
. This role leads the end‑to‑end solution architecture for a major utility transformation across customer operations, billing, and metering.

Rate Range: $130/hour to $135/hour;
The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

• Leading end‑to‑end solution architecture across customer operations, billing, metering, customer experience, and integration work streams for a major utility transformation program.
• Driving architectural decision‑making and ensuring alignment across functional, technical, integration, and testing teams throughout the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitating workshops with business and IT stakeholders to translate requirements into system capabilities, architectural specifications, and integrated design standards.
• Developing and maintaining the enterprise architecture blueprint while guiding the creation of Functional and Technical Design documents.
• Partnering with integration teams to define API specifications, oversee data architecture and conversion strategies, and manage architectural risks and dependencies.
• Providing hands‑on support during SIT, performance testing, and production readiness while ensuring architectural governance and consistency across all work streams.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.
• 10+ years of IT solution architecture experience, including a minimum of 8+ years working with Oracle CC&B, C2M, or CCS platforms.
• Strong, hands‑on expertise across customer operations, billing, metering, and customer engagement solutions, with proven ability to lead E2E architecture in large utility transformation programs.
• Excellent client‑facing communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, align cross‑functional teams, and drive architectural standards and governance.
