Title: SAP FICO (FI/FSCM) Consultant

Implement and support SAP for multiple Client divisions in the areas of SAP FI and FCM.

Deliverables and/or Specification

• Participate in design blueprint/ requirement gathering of business requirements.
• Identify configuration requirements and implement configuration for the relevant SAP organization structures and relevant business processes.
• Identify and complete required documentation of configuration transports in Service Now.
• Identify and coordinate necessary interfaces.
• Design and request needed security.
• Perform gap analysis to identify process changes and document in functional specification to close the gaps.
• Identify, develop and complete test scripts by working with Business and IT team members for unit and integration testing.
• Review and coordinate data migration.
• Identify and execute detailed cutover and Go live plan with other team members.
• Cutover Planning / Go live and subsequent support of FI and FSCM SAP solutions for identified unit(s).
• Perform break/fix and root cause analysis on reported tier 3 incidents.
• Business Requirements Document in accordance with Deere standards.
• High level and detailed design of SAP processes according to business requirements in Deere documentation standard.
• Documentation of all configuration transports in Service Now.
• Functional Specifications for necessary development and fully document for gap closure items.
• Demo of configured SAP functionality based on required configuration in lower level clients.
• Develop and update IT and end user training, implementation and support documentation.
• Perform Unit Testing, Integration and Regression Testing for relevant business processes and document results in Quality Center or another tool that has been identified by Deere.

Programming And/or Documentation Standards Or Review Processes

• Application architecture and business processes delivered within the work order will abide by Enterprise Deere technology and process standards.
• Formal reviews will take place at key milestones to ensure compliance to these standards.
• Business Processes shall be documented in Deere Business Process template.
• Configuration transports captured in Transport tracking sheets and Service Now
• Functional gaps shall be documented in Functional specifications document template

Acceptance Criteria

• The functionality and deliverables are considered accepted once it has passed business testing and/or the area’s IT team lead has signed off on the deliverables.
• Templates and detailed requirements for these deliverables will be provided by the area’s IT team lead.
• Acceptance Criteria is defined by the following:
• Supplier will provide all Deliverables listed herein to Client Project Manager by the Target Date
• Verification will be performed by Client to ensure Supplier deliverables will meet specifications
• Schedule is based off overall timeline denoted in the master milestone schedule by project.
• Order Management project ongoing through 2020
