WhatYou'll Do
- Establish and maintain robust protocols for license compliance, mitigating financial risks and ensuring regulatory adherence.
- Prepare and manage vendor audit activities, focusing on rigorous compliance governance.
- Execute Microsoft licensing strategy, analyze entitlements, and identify strategic cost‑saving opportunities.
- Review and execute software contracts and renewals, achieving favorable commercial and legal terms.
- Drive cost reduction initiatives through thorough analysis and planning.
- Provide backup support for client‑facing operational procurement activities in hardware sourcing and coordination.
- Communicate licensing requirements clearly to technical teams and executive leadership.

- Deep, demonstrable understanding of ongoing software vendor relationship execution, sourcing, and participating in contract renewals.
- Strong financial acumen and analytical ability to manage budgets, assess TCO, and drive cost reduction initiatives through methodical planning.
- Ability to structure and implement governance frameworks, manage audit processes, and mitigate financial and regulatory risk associated with software deployment.
- Attention to detail related to contracts and policy is essential.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT procurement, software asset management (SAM), or vendor management.
