This role serves as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical delivery teams, translating business needs into scalable Salesforce platform solutions (configuration, automation, and process design) that improve customer experience and operational efficiency. This role is focused on the Salesforce application ecosystem (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Experience Cloud, and related integrations) and is not a BI, Power BI, Tableau, or analytics/dashboard development role.
Candidates whose primary background is reporting, data visualization, or standalone analytics without hands-on Salesforce platform experience are unlikely to be a fit.
The Senior IT Business Analyst brings deep functional knowledge of Salesforce platforms and strong business analysis skills to support both project-based initiatives and ongoing production applications. This role is responsible for requirements definition, Salesforce solution design support, testing coordination, and continuous improvement across Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud (Exact Target), Experience Cloud, and related integrations.
This is a full-time, direct-hire, salaried position that will work onsite from our HNI s newly renovated IT building in Muscatine, IA.
