• Develop and maintain the enterprise architecture vision, strategy, and roadmap ensuring alignment with business objectives and leveraging future AI and ML disciplines in a practical business approach while providing clear direction for technology investments.
• Create and maintain architectural standards, blueprints, reference architectures, and patterns for various business capabilities as they relate to systems, applications, and technology domains.
• Proactively analyze current business and IT environments and operations to identify deficiencies or opportunities and recommend solutions for improvement. Define high‑level migration plans to address gaps between the current and future state of current systems. Deliver technical visualization of proposed solutions.
• Possess and maintain up-to-date practical knowledge of AI and ML technologies and their trends, including vendors, libraries, and tools used to drive real business value.
• Conceptualize and model legacy application work to minimize ongoing support costs and long-term technical debt.
• Provide architectural guidance and support to application development teams and project teams throughout the software development lifecycle and help resolve project and work interdependencies.
• Establish architectural principles, standards, and guidelines to ensure consistency, interoperability, security, and compliance across all IT systems while enforcing development and design standards used by internal and external delivery teams.
• Maintain methods and execution of interfaces with external products on‑premise or in the cloud while maintaining overall performance and appropriate response to end users.
• Design and govern the integration of various applications and systems, ensuring seamless data flow and interoperability across the enterprise.

• Minimum of 12 years of experience within complex Information Technology environments including network and system administration, IT infrastructure, software development and applications, database management, security and monitoring controls, and management information systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
• Critical thinking and problem solving skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
