• As a Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Care Center, provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally competent care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
• Perform assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
• Adhere to Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA and participate in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.

• Associates Degree in Nursing
• Registered Nurse license in Iowa; license in Illinois required within one year
• ACLS, BLS, PALS
• No Experience required
• Training in Basic Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation;
  Certification in Med/Surg Nursing or ASPAN
• Certification and Baccalaureate in Nursing preferred
