Responsibilities- As a Registered Nurse in the Outpatient Care Center, provide and direct safe, effective, and culturally competent care for pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
- Perform assessment, diagnosis, outcomes identification, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care using critical thinking and evidence-based practice.
- Adhere to Professional Practice Standards as defined by ANA and participate in quality monitoring and performance improvement activities.
- Associates Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in Iowa; license in Illinois required within one year
- ACLS, BLS, PALS
- No Experience required
- Training in Basic Cardiac Rhythm Interpretation;
Certification in Med/Surg Nursing or ASPAN - Certification and Baccalaureate in Nursing preferred
