About the Position
Allied Travel Careers is working with Mindlance Health to find a qualified Physical Therapist (PT) in Sioux City, Iowa, 51104!
:
Shift: 8:00 AM-5:00 PM start 8:00 5x8
Description:
Quicklyinterviewingviable candidates:
Phone call/text from a 405 area code.
The traveler may be asked tofloatwithin the same discipline across local campuses.
Local candidates are NOT allowable,and all candidates must have a taxable address more than
50 milesfrom facility.
As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional/clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.
NBO:16 multiplier
Call multiplier with 2 hr CB minimum
On Call:$9/hr Charge/Precept:$6/hr Billable hrs/week, OT billable after 4048 hrs/week, OT billable after 48
