As a Staffing Coordinator you are instrumental in ensuring our residents have enough staff in the facility at all times to care for their needs. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect by scheduling employees to meet our resident’s needs, maintaining a master schedule and securing coverage for open shifts when needed.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Preferably two (2) years of relevant experience, though we are willing to invest in the right candidate.
