Customer Care Coordinator (Administrative)

Kellys Home Medical--Davenport, a division of Care Pro Health Services, is hiring a full-time Customer Care Coordinator to join our caring and committed team!
In this role, you’ll support patients and customers with their medical equipment needs, assist with intake, and deliver top‑notch customer service. Hours are Monday through Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

What You’ll Do:- Assist with patient intake and process orders for delivery, pick‑up, or changes in service
- Help customers with medical equipment and supplies, including adjustments, training, and demonstrations
- Accurately complete order forms, determine charges, collect co‑pays, and enter data into systems
- Communicate with physicians, referral sources, and medical professionals while protecting patient privacy
- Receive inventory, restock shelves, and label products in the retail area
- Answer phone calls and assist retail customers in person
- High school diploma or GED
- Experience in the home medical equipment field is a plus
- Familiarity with Medicare rules and insurance reimbursement (a plus!)
- Strong computer skills, including data entry, Microsoft Office, and internet navigation
- Attention to detail, efficiency, and teamwork skills
Post‑offer background checks, reference checks, TB screen, drug screen, and physical agility test are required.
