We are looking for a full time, passionate Orthopedic Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hand Surgeon at Mercy One Genesis. Be part of a growing group committed to delivering exceptional patient care in a collaborative, multi-specialty environment.

Work alongside a dedicated hand surgeon in our multi-specialty medical group.
- Provide surgeon support in clinic
- Mercy One Genesis, Davenport: a level III trauma center
- Additional surgical access planned for Mercy One Genesis ambulatory surgery center opening in Spring 26
- New hospital planned for future in thriving Bettendorf community
- Full-time (1.0) employed opportunity
- Competitive compensation - Salary range - $135-$149k, plus productivity

- Call coverage paid starting day 1
- Recruitment incentive - $10,000
