• Services offered in the practice:
  Any ortho traumas that come in (Trauma level III).

• Board Certified in Orthopaedic Surgery - REQUIRED
• Active IA and/or IL License or Active IMLC (please upload LOQ at time of name clear) - REQUIRED
• Fellowship Trained in Orthopedics - REQUIRED
• Must be experienced - REQUIRED
