• DDS or DMD degree with completion of an accredited Pediatric Dentistry residency program
• Board certified or board eligible
• Active or eligible for Iowa dental license
• Strong clinical skills in behavior management and pediatric-specific procedures
• Excellent communication skills with both children and parents
• Team player with a genuine passion for working with young patients
