Essential Job Functions
  • Identify RV problems and services by listening to customers’ descriptions of symptoms
  • Verify warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions
  • Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor; calculating customers’ payments, including deductibles
  • Prepare repair orders (RO)
  • Handle customer complaints and maintain high customer satisfaction standards
  • Periodically check on the progress of the vehicle during servicing and contact customers as needed to keep them up to date with their RV’s status
Qualifications
  • Education:

    High school diploma or equivalent is required
  • Experience:

    A minimum of one year’s RV service experience preferred
  • Abilities:
    • Demonstrated excellent oral and written communications skills, along with excellent interpersonal skills
    • Ability to work flexible hours, as required, including evenings and weekends
    • Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment
    • Reliable and strong work ethic
    • Commitment to superior customer service
    • Ability to work independently as well as on a team
    • Knowledge or ability to learn company computer systems applications, including Motility Systems2K, and other software applicable
    • Ability to safely handle solvents and chemicals
    • Ability to move RVs of various sizes
    • Ability to reach above shoulders and lift a minimum of 50 pounds
